Legal Assistant
Annelis Rivas
Behind every successful case is a dedicated support team, and Ms. Annelis Rivas plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our firm. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction contribute to the overall excellence of our services.
Ms. Rivas is one of our administrative assistants and is the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call our office. She also gives our clients updates, coordinates billing and schedules consultations.
Ms. Rivas is currently working on getting her associate degree. She loves spending time with her friends and family, enjoys travel, and trying new places to eat.
Legal Assistant
Abigail McManus
Ms. Abigail McManus is a legal assistant who supports and assists clients throughout the legal process. Her professionalism and welcoming personality make her an important part of our team.
Ms. McManus helps with client communication, preparing legal documents, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. She values creating a positive experience for clients and primarily assists with our Immigration and Civil clients.
After receiving her L.L.B. from Cardiff University, Ms. McManus will begin law school at the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new matcha spots, reading, and spending time with her niece, family, and friends.
Paralegal
Jennifer Holtan
Bringing a wealth of experience, Mrs. Jennifer Holtan is our family law paralegal with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. Mrs. Holtan’s dedication in supporting our attorneys with case preparation, research, and client communication enhances our ability to provide comprehensive legal assistance.
Mrs. Holtan has been a certified paralegal for over twenty years, six years of which have been focused solely on family law. She also has extensive litigation and trial experience. Mrs. Holtan enjoys helping clients to resolve their cases quickly and efficiently.
Mrs. Holtan loves to craft and do DIY projects when she is not at work. In her spare time, she enjoys antique shopping and weekend getaways with her husband and dogs.
